Accessibility Tester (App & Web) – London

We’re looking for an Accessibility Tester to help ensure our platform is inclusive, intuitive, and usable for everyone.

You’ll play a key role in identifying barriers across our app and website, working closely with our product and development teams to improve accessibility and overall user experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Testing our app and website for accessibility across a range of devices
  • Identifying usability issues for users with disabilities
  • Providing clear, actionable feedback to our development team
  • Supporting improvements in line with WCAG guidelines
  • Working alongside designers and developers to create a more inclusive product

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in accessibility testing (manual or automated)
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly communicate issues and recommendations
  • Lived experience of disability is highly valued but not essential

Nice to have:

  • Experience testing mobile apps (iOS/Android)
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies (screen readers, voice control, etc.)
  • Background in QA, UX, or product testing
