About the Role

Ability to work as part of a team

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—preparing drinks, serving customers, and creating a positive atmosphere in-store.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages
Provide excellent, friendly customer service
Operate the till and handle transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store
Follow health and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Registered disabled (in line with local employment schemes where applicable)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills

Reliability and punctuality

No previous barista experience is required—full training will be provided.
